RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL (repair, replacement, or refund). This policy operates alongside those rights.
Change of Mind Returns – Not 100% Happy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in unused condition for a full refund of the product value.
Conditions
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be returned unused and in original condition — unworn, unsoiled, unmodified, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage back to us. We recommend using Australia Post with tracking and insurance.
What we refund
We will refund the full value of the products purchased (the item price). Original shipping costs paid on the order are not refundable on change-of-mind returns.
How to return (Change of Mind)
Email us at govtsales@exodusdynamics.com.au (or use the contact form) within 14 days. Include your order number, which item(s) you want to return, and a brief reason.
We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions (including our warehouse address).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, clearly write the RA number on the outside of the parcel, and send it back to us via tracked post at your cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 2–3 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Exclusions – Change of Mind We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on:
Opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive items (including tourniquets, ear molds, first aid supplies, or any personal protective/safety equipment).
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items.
Items marked as “Final Sale”, clearance, or heavily discounted final stock.
Any regulated or restricted products (where applicable).
These exclusions exist for health, safety, and regulatory reasons.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially different from the description, contact us immediately (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with photos and your order number.
Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you. We will:
Arrange a replacement or repair, or
Issue a full refund (including original shipping where appropriate).
For these returns we will either provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs. We take these issues seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
General Conditions
All returns must be pre-authorised with an RA number. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels on change-of-mind returns until they are received by us (use tracked + insured shipping).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
This policy applies to Australian orders. International customers should contact us before returning items as different arrangements may apply.
